We explore “being broken” with the practical symbolism and ritual of kintsugi (the Japanese art of repairing ceramics with golden glue), while activating the gifts of the divine feminine: grace, compassion, forgiveness, devotion, and creativity. Patricia facilitates this experience weaving in the importance of breath, sacred pause and stillness, centering and truth, and calibrating the nervous systems
with positive heartfelt thoughts.
