Please join me for a 90-minute Sunday Sangha (community gathering) and all-levels Bhakti (the yoga of devotion) Vinyasa Flow Yoga class in Paris.

What you can expect:

We will gather heart-to-heart in community with sacred chanting and devotional music which will fill our hearts and open them. You can expect stillness, guided meditation, and dharma talks as we drop in together. The class will flow into a vinyasa yoga sequence combining strength, flexibility and balance; our collective sacred movement will be guided by the breath. We will finish with a return to the heart, an invitation to let go and soften.

Where is the class located:

The class will take place in a private studio in the Marais, closest Metro is Line 1 the studio is located between the Hotel de Ville and Saint Paul stops. You will receive the exact location and access details once you register.

How much is the class:

Each class is $15 when you register online (or you can pay 15 euros in cash when you arrive). This is the community class price to make this class accessible to everyone.

All of the extra details:

  • Class time is 2-3:30pm and we begin and end on time

  • Zero experience is required, this is an all-levels class

  • This class Is taught in English (with some Sanskrit)

  • Extra mats, blankets, meditation cushions + blocks are available (Free)

  • There is a co-ed changing/gathering room

  • No showers are available

  • A simple, single all gender toilette is available

  • The studio temperature is warm but not heated for hot yoga

  • Space is limited to 12 students per class

About your teacher:

Patricia Russo is an American from San Francisco living in Paris with her French husband. She is a 350HR Registered Bhakti Yoga Teacher, through Yoga Alliance with her teacher Rusty Wells. She has taught at Rasa Yoga Paris, and Espace Yoga Bastille. Before moving to Paris, Patricia taught at Yoga Tree, Harmonia and Now Studio. She hosts sacred pilgrimages and retreats, and also offers private altar sessions. Her “The Art of Sitting Still” and “Cracked Open: A Divine Sacred Feminine Experience” workshops have happened in Paris for several years. She is also a published poet.

  • Due to the limited space, there are no refunds. You may exchange for another class if you have a last-minute cancellation.
